Job description
As an Account Manager you will get the unique opportunity to manage your own client accounts and are responsible for building and maintaining working relationships with them. This means, answering customer questions by e-mail and telephone. With your enthusiastic attitude you are able to promote and communicate special offers about our service to prospective clients (no cold calling). In addition to communicating with clients, you will be required to maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, handle administrative tasks and follow up on outstanding payments. Here we find it important that you are aware and adhere to company policies and guidelines when dealing with clients.

• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Enter customer information in the customer relationship management system
• Provide feedback and follow through on areas for developing and improving internal processes
• Be aware and adhere to company policies and guidelines when dealing with challenging clients

Requirements
You are likely to succeed if:
• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business or related education
• At least 2-3 years of experience in account management (preferably B2B)
• You’re an Excellent communicator in both German (native) and English
• Your mind-set is commercial, you’re engaged and have ambition
• You are already living within the Netherlands
• You can use different communication techniques
• Good overview of your client groups and you have an eye for detail.
• You are persistent, proactive and you have a positive professional attitude
• You’re a team player, who is accurate and has planning and organisational skills
• You have the ability to collaborate
