Inside Sales| German
Are you passionate about sales? Are you proactive and target driven? Do you describe yourself as a “tech” geek or you would love to work in the technology sector? Then this role is for you!
You will get the chance to work as an Inside Sales representative in a multi-national company with a large international team. The company is building a new Sales department and we are looking for 6 German native candidates.
Your main responsibilities:
Handle a great volume of outbound and inbound calls towards old and new customers
Communicate with customers to determine their needs, provide them with the correct information and solve their issues
Following the guideline and the company’s vision while selling the products
Spot the chance to upsell and cross-sell company’s products
Build upon the relationship with customers and become their first point of contact
Maintain a record database of all conversations
Work to achieve sales revenue targets
Daily use of ERP system to follow up on your calls.
Be responsible for efficient delivery of quotes as well as be sure that all quotes have been recorded in the system
