Solution Owner Commercial, Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX Outgoing Dynamics professional to lead the rollout of CRM and other commercial processes in an international environment. About Lantmännen Unibake Lantmännen Unibake International is in the midst of a highly ambitious development project of rolling out Dynamics 365 (Sales) and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (R3) Business Platform in 15 countries. The journey has begun and Lantmännen Unibake is now looking for an ambitious Microsoft Dynamics(CRM) professional to join the skilled international team that is part of the Group function of the company and has its headquarter in Copenhagen.

The position As Solution Owner Commercial you will be responsible for a specific area of processes and applications, Commercial, and become part of a large network of dedicated and skilled colleagues in the organization who work with other functional specific areas. Your main stakeholders are the Business Process Managers, the functional teams, and the super users. Great communication skills are therefore just as important as having a holistic view, and personal and professional drive. You will report directly to the Senior Application Manager, and your main task will be to implement and rollout the CRM template to the different countries over the coming years, and to enhance the Commercial solution for the business.

Your profile Ideally, you have experience working with Commercial within a complex CRM set-up, either as in-house employment or as an external consultant at a production- or trading company. You have knowledge of the full business process and workflow in Commercial, e.g. opportunities, innovation, category management, sales channel and customer management, marketing and market intelligence, etc. You have at least one Dynamics certification, and a minimum of 3 years of experience working with similar Commercial tasks in complex international Dynamics implementations and rollouts. You are a robust person who is curious, persistent, and a great diplomat. You understand the importance of working closely with your colleagues and following up on activities continuously. You are a strong communicator, and you connect easily with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels in the organization. You have an international mindset and can easily navigate and communicate with people from different cultures. You always have a positive way in approaching your stakeholders, looking for solutions for even the toughest challenges.
