For more than 20 years we help finding multilingual talent a challenging job in the Netherlands. We have 5 offices across the Netherlands and for our The Hague office we are now looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to complete our team.
You will be part of a team of in total 3 Recruitment Consultants, 1 Office Assistant and 1 Branch Manager. With you joining we will be a dream team of 5 multicultural and multilingual hard workers. You will work in an informal, open and dynamic environment where humor and laughter will be daily part of your job. After work drinks are also a regular best practice of our The Hague office.

As a Recruitment Consultant you are a driven individual who is eager to nurture relationships and share our passion for helping internationals find their bearings here in the Netherlands. You are able to place yourself in our candidates' shoes and understand exactly what type of position they are looking for. You also believe in contributing to the success and growth of our company. Therefore a good level of service is of high importance to you. You are a strong communicator and you get excited at the thought of socializing with people.
Responsibilities
You will partner with a company’s manager to deliver well-matched and high talented employees. This you will do by managing the complete recruitment process from A to Z. This includes sourcing candidates both in our database and through other channels such as social media, screening and interviewing potential candidates and coordinating all interviews between clients and candidates. New Business Development is also an integral part of your tasks as you will strive to bring new companies aboard that are in need of our recruitment services. You will visit new clients and build long lasting relationship with them and other existing clients.
Requirements
Desired Skills and Requirements
Fluent in English with a good command of the Dutch language
1 to 5 years of work experience, experience in recruitment is an advantage
Experienced in cold calling or willingness to learn
Commercially driven
Proficient in the Microsoft office suite
Accurate and flexible
Responsible
Strong communication skills and a team player
Orderly and systematic and a multi-tasker
Good planning and organizational skills
Excellent listener
Affinity with the international community
Working conditions
We are looking for someone to start fulltime (40 hours per week) in this position as soon as possible. We offer great primary and secondary employment conditions such as a good salary which is in line with your education and experience level.
25 holidays and 13 ATV days (based on fulltime) paired with a good bonus scheme and fun lunches.
